For families of federal inmates

An AI assistant your loved one can actually reach — from inside.

Inmate Assistant works over CorrLinks email, the system your loved one already uses. They send a message, they get clear, patient answers back — help with questions, writing, learning, and planning for the day they come home.

$99 for a full year (regular price $149) or $17/month. You subscribe here — they just start emailing.

What they can ask it

Think of it as a knowledgeable, endlessly patient pen pal with a library card — one who answers the same question three times without ever getting tired of them.

Answers

Questions, explained plainly

How does this program work? What does this word mean? How do I figure this math problem? Clear answers in plain language, as detailed as they want.

Writing

Letters & documents

Help drafting and polishing letters — to family, to the court, to a future employer — plus résumés, essays, and forms they need to get right.

Learning

Study help & new skills

A tutor on call: GED-style study, a new language, trade knowledge, business basics. Step-by-step lessons paced to wherever they are starting from.

Reentry

Planning for coming home

Business ideas worked out on paper, job-search planning, budgeting, housing and ID checklists — so the plan is ready before the gate opens.

What it looks like in their inbox

An example exchange over CorrLinks email:

Your loved oneI want to start a small detailing business when I get out. Where do I even begin?
Inmate AssistantGood goal — detailing has low startup costs and you can grow it from one car at a time. Let's build it in pieces: 1) the services and prices, 2) the basic equipment list and what it costs, 3) how your first ten customers find you. Want to start with pricing, or the equipment?

Set up in three steps

You handle the signup out here. Inside, it feels like writing to a helpful friend.

1

You subscribe

Pick Annual or Monthly below and check out with your loved one's full name (register number optional). It takes about two minutes.

2

They get a subscriber code

Your loved one receives their code in a welcome email — their last name plus the last three digits of their register number, like SMITH511. If they ever share it with you, enter it at checkout to extend their plan.

3

They just write

They email their questions through CorrLinks like any other message, and the assistant writes back. No new logins, no learning curve.

Simple pricing

One plan, everything included. The Annual plan is on sale now — a full year for less than six months of paying monthly.

Monthly

$17per month

Start smaller, stay as long as it helps.

Get the Monthly plan — $17/mo
Holiday trial: every signup between November 28 and December 25, 2026 starts with 14 days free — a full two weeks for your loved one to try it before the first charge.

At checkout you'll enter your loved one's full name (required), their register number (optional), and their subscriber code if they've given you one. Secure checkout by Stripe.

Picking the front door

This page needs a permanent home. Three candidate domains — tap one to mark your pick and copy it for the registrar.

Recommendation: register inmate-ai.com as the main address and, if it's cheap, grab ai-reentry.com too and redirect it — partners hear the softer name, families get the direct one. Availability and registrar pricing weren't checked here; confirm at your registrar before relying on either.

Questions families ask

How does my loved one actually use it?

Through CorrLinks, the email system they already have access to. After you subscribe, they receive a welcome email with their subscriber code, and from then on they just send their questions as ordinary CorrLinks messages and get answers back by email. No app, no website, no new account inside.

What do I need at checkout?

Their full name (required), their register number if you have it handy (optional), and their subscriber code if they've already been given one — the code looks like SMITH511, their last name plus the last three digits of the register number. Entering the code extends their existing service instead of starting a second one.

What can it help with — and what can't it do?

It's a general assistant: answers and explanations, help drafting and editing writing, study and skills tutoring, and planning for work, business, and reentry. It is not a lawyer and does not give legal advice or file anything — for legal matters it can help them organize their thoughts and questions before talking to one.

How does the holiday trial work?

Sign up any time from November 28 through December 25, 2026 and the first 14 days are free. If it isn't helping, cancel before the trial ends and you're charged nothing.

Can I cancel?

Yes — cancel anytime and the plan simply doesn't renew. There's no contract and no cancellation fee on either plan.

Give them someone to ask.

The hardest part of a long sentence is how many questions have nowhere to go. This is a small price to fix that.
